    To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many of the recommendations accepted in the Government’s response to the Independent review of the operation of jobseeker’s allowance sanctions, published in July 2014, his Department plans to have implemented by May 2015.

    We have accepted all recommendations made by the Oakley Report and we have already implemented a number of improvements. Our response sets out a number of target completion dates for recommendations made by the Oakley Report.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what was on the agenda for the meeting with Dmitry Firtash at his Department on 24 February 2014.

    Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) officials met Dmitry Firtash on 24 February to discuss developments in Ukraine and support for Ukraine from the international community. They did not discuss matters of national security. The meeting was part of a wider approach by the FCO to understand better the situation in Ukraine, by seeking information and views from a wide range of contacts, including senior business figures. The Government does not have plans to publish a note of the meeting at this time. According to our records, Dmitry Firtash has not attended any other meetings with the FCO in London.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, how much lottery funding and from which year is being committed to Arts Council England’s national portfolio organisations and national partner museums as part of their overall settlement for the period 2015 to 2018.

    DCMS allocates 13.956% of Lottery income to Arts Council England. It is for the Arts Council to make decisions about how to allocate this funding, and to which organisations. The Arts Council is currently finalising how it will allocate funding from 2015/16 onwards, and is due to make an announcement on 1 July.
