BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. I. Harvey, a former president of the Oxford Union is 34. He won a history exhibition and a Kitchener scholarship to Christ Church, Oxford, from Fettes College, Edinburgh, in 1933. He is secretary of the Oxford University Graduates’ Conservative Association. During the war he saw service as brigade major with an anti-aircraft brigade, and now commands the 566 L.A.A. Regiment, R.A. (City of London Rifles), T.A. He is in business as an advertising agent.
