BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. C. E. Jordan, who was born in 1894, holds an appointment in the Chief Engineer’s Department of the Railway Executive. He has had much experience of staff welfare and trade union problems for over 20 years. He served with the Queen’s Westminsters in 1914-18 and became a senior instructor in Western Command.
