Mr. C. A. Borrott, a transport manager, was born in 1909 and educated at llford County High School. He lived in Barking for some years and was on the committee of the ratepayers’ association. His father was a policeman. Mr. Borrott lives at Brighton and is a keen cricketer, playing for East Brighton.
