- Department for Transport (central)
- Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency
- Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency
- Maritime and Coastguard Agency
- Vehicle Certification Agency
- Highways Agency (February 2014 – March 2015 only. From April 2015 HA became Highways England.)
