    To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what discussions his Department has had with the Russian government on the aircraft from that country which crashed in Egypt on 31 October 2015.

    The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), spoke with Foreign Minister Lavrov by telephone shortly after the crash to convey our deepest condolences for the tragic loss of life. The Prime Minister also spoke twice with President Putin on the telephone in the days after the crash, to offer any help we could provide and to set out our assessment of the likely cause of the crash. The Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron) subsequently met President Putin at the G20 meeting in Antalya on 16 November, and offered our assistance in relation to aviation security. We have followed up at senior official level with further options for practical cooperation and coordination.

    The Home Office publishes regional data on asylum seekers in receipt of Section 95 Support (dispersed accommodation and subsistence only) by nationality in Table as_17q (Asylum data tables Volume 4) of the quarterly Immigration Statistics release. The top ten nationalities of asylum seekers supported in Wales and the UK as a whole, in each of the last six years, are given in the attached tables.

    Officials from the Department for Education have met regularly with representatives of the trustees, and also with the ‘Claim Your College’ consortium of education organisations that led plans to establish the new professional body. The Department is continuing to hold discussions with trustees on what Government support would be helpful for the College.

    The following Ministry of Defence ranges have permanent dedicated wardens on site:

    Otterburn Training Area

    Northumberland.

    Warcop Training Area

    Barry Buddon Training Centre

    Angus, Fort George, Inverness, Hythe, Kent, Lydd, Kent.

    Castlemartin Training Area

    Pembrokeshire, Swynnerton, North Staffordshire, Lulworth, Dorset, Holbeach, Lincolnshire, Tain, Ross-Shire, Pembrey Sands, Carmarthenshire.

    Kirkcudbright Training Centre

    Kirkcudbrightshire.

    The remainder of UK ranges are overseen by personnel who are responsible collectively for ensuring the ranges in a region are safe and fit for purpose. Irrespective of the presence of permanent wardens, each unit using a range is overseen by a qualified and experienced Range Conducting Officer, who ensures the safe operation for that exercise once the range has been handed over.

    Information about clinical commissioning groups’ approach to commissioning fertility services is not collected centrally.

    The Department has not made any estimate of the proportion of children conceived in the United Kingdom using in-vitro fertilisation relative to those countries mentioned.

    The Department has no plans to instruct NHS England to commission fertility treatment centrally. Fertility services do not meet the criteria set out in the Health and Social Care Act 2012 to be nationally commissioned by NHS England.

    There were 25 Government officials in the UK delegation at Bonn in May 2016; 25 Government officials in the UK delegation at Bonn in October 2015 and 44 Government officials in the UK delegation at Bonn in June 2015. The UK delegation included officials from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development and the Scottish Government at each of these sessions. Officials from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and the Met Office were present at the meeting in Bonn in June 2015.

    Information on the number of people who have lost more than 25 per cent of their financial claims compensation to the claims management company (CMC) handling their claim is not held centrally.

    Our priority is to protect consumers who choose to use CMCs. We have consulted on proposals to cap the level of fees that CMCs providing financial claims services can charge consumers. These proposals aim to help consumers get more of the compensation due to them. We are carefully considering the consultation responses and the Government will publish its response in due course.
