    The Ofsted grades of all special free schools are set out in the below table. Please note that the first special free schools opened in September 2012 and therefore there were no Ofsted inspections of these schools until 2014.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what estimate she has made of the number of (a) applicants to (b) successful applicants to and (c) successful graduates from the Troops to Teachers scheme in each year for which figures are available; and if she will make a statement.

    For Cohort One (January 2014), 293 applications were received and 41 trainees began the programme.

    For Cohort Two (September 2014), 196 applications were received and 52 trainees began the programme.

    For Cohort Three (September 2015), 62 applications were received and 51 trainees began the programme.

    For Cohort Four (September 2016), recruitment is still underway.

    The first cohort of trainees completed the training programme in December 2015. 29 trainees completed the programme and achieved Qualified Teacher Status.

    AF-219 is still undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of chronic coughs and it would be premature to comment on its future availability on the National Health Service.

    The Secretary of State’s oral statement on 5 September 2016 explained that his officials, supported by officials across Government, are carrying out a programme of sectoral and regulatory analysis, which will identify the key factors for British businesses and the labour force that will affect our negotiations with the EU. They are looking in detail at over 50 sectors and cross-cutting regulatory issues.

    Data showing the numbers of students eligible for free school meals, going to individual universities, are not published by the department.

    Destination measures data are published and show the overall percentage of key stage 5 students[1] eligible for free school meals[2] going into sustained[3] destinations at higher education institutions. The data also include the percentage going into sustained destinations at Russell group universities and Oxford and Cambridge.

    To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, how many young people participated in the National Citizen Service in 2015.

    Over 200,000 young people have benefitted from the National Citizen Service (NCS) since 2011. In 2014 57,789 young people took part. The figure for 2015 will be made available after an independent evaluation later this year.

    The Prime Minister has announced the ambition to expand the programme to 60% of all 16 year olds by 2021 and this is the target we aim to deliver.

    The funding for NCS was announced in the autumn statement and spending review. More than £1billion has been committed to the expansion of NCS in this parliament.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 29 February 2016 to Question 27209, on British Transport Police: finance, what assessment he has made of the operational implications of the planned reduction in the British Transport Police budget in 2016-17.

    Setting the budget of the British Transport Police (BTP) is a matter for the British Transport Police Authority. However, during the course of discussions on the spending review, the Department made clear to the BTP that it considered that any efficiencies that could be achieved should not materially impact on the operational policing capability of the BTP. I also understand that the reduction in the BTP’s budget in 2016-17 relates to the non-core policing budget, which is policing provided by the BTP at railway operators’ request on a commercial contract basis, rather than the core police budget which is set by the Authority.
