BIOGRAPHY :

Dr. H. M. Lewis is a son of Sir H. Lewis, who sat in Parliament for more than 30 years as Liberal member for Flintshire and later, the University of Wales. Aged 48, Dr. Lewis graduated with first-class honours at Edinburgh and London, served in the war in Belgium, Holland, and Germany, and since 1946 has been a lecturer in biology.
