Mr. G. Bowen, aged 33, is a master at Ruabon Grammar School who gained his M.A., with honours in mathematics and economics, at the North Wales University College, Bangor. .At the age of 28 he won the chair at the Royal National Eisteddfod at Mountain Ash.
