BIOGRAPHY :

Brig. O. L. Prior-Palmer was first returned in 1945 for the old Worthing division of West Sussex. Aged 52, he was educated at Wellington and Sandhurst, and commissioned in 1916 in the 9th Lancers. In the war he commanded an armoured brigade in Italy. He has travelled extensively and is a member of the Royal Yacht Squadron.
