Mr. G. G. Young was born in 1913 at Pembroke, South Wales. He is a public relations consultant and has been director of publicity for the National Playing Fields Association, and P.R.O. of an organization to provide residential clubs for young men. He was a founder member of the Institute of Public Relations.
