BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. F. Lynam, an ex-service man, is a traveller in the metal refining industry. Born in 1907, he has lived for 37 years in Swansea and worked enthusiastically for the Conserya-tive cause, holding many offices in the Junior Imperial League before the war. For many years he was honorary secretary of the local Conservative Association.
