BIOGRAPHY :

Capt. J. A. L. Duncan was Conservative M.P. for North Kensington from 1931 to 1945. For several years he was Parliamentary private secretary to Mr. Leslie Burgin as Minister of Transport and Minister of Supply. He was a member of the L.C.C. from 1925 to 1928. Educated at Marl borough, he served in both wars with the Scots Guards. He is aged 50.
