BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. F. Mulley, 31, joined the Labour Party and the National Union of Clerks in 1936. He served in The Worcestershire Regiment during the war and spent fiye years in captivity in Germany. He passed various examinations and was awarded an adult scholarship to Christ Church, Oxford, and took first class honours in philosophy, politics, and economics. He was awarded a research studentship at Nuffield College, Oxford, and is a Fellow of St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge. He contested the Park Division as an official nominee of the Clerical and Administrative Workers’ Union.
