Mr. A. M. Cook, who is 32, was educated at Uppingham and Sheffield University, and commissioned in the Royal Corps of Signals in 1940. After service in the Middle East and Italy, he entered the family business and became managing director in 1947. He has travelled in Europe, the Middle East, and Canada.
