BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. W. S. Hill was born in 1913, and was educated at Goldsmiths’ College, London University, where he graduated M.A. and B.Sc. (Econ ). He is a teacher at Leeds Central High School and a part-time W.E.A. tutor in economics. He is a fellow of the Royal Economic Society. In 1935 he joined the Labour Party, and is a member of the Fabian Society, and the National Union of Teachers.
