BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Black unsuccessfully contested the St. Rollox division of Glasgow in 1935. Born in 1899 and educated at Oxford, he has held appointments on the staff of a cotton firm in Paisley and abroad. He served in both world wars, and in the second gained the Air Force Cross of Greece.
