Mr. Julius Silverman, wno gained the seat from Air Cdr. Wright in 1945, was born in 1905, and nad an elementary and secondary education, rirst employed as a warehouseman, he later ltlor the Bar and was at Gray’s Inn in 1931. He practises in ngham. For 11 years until 1945 he was a rnem-Oer of the city council.
