BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. G. Thorley is a petty officer in the Royal Navy. Educated at Hull Grammar School, he was a lieutenant, R.N.V.R., Hum-ber division, during the war. After a period in the Merchant Navy, he was for 12 months with the Allied Control Commission, Germany.
