BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. C. H. Willcock was 54 on the eve of the election, and is general manager of a firm of cleaners. Before he left his native Yorkshire to come south he was for 20 years hon. secretary of the Horsforth Liberal Association. He is president of the Essex County Liberal Federation, and a member of the Home Counties Liberal Executive. He unsuccessfully contested Barking in 1945.
