BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. K. E. B. Glenny was unsuccessful at Barking in 1945. Born in 1900 into a well-known Barking family, he is a qualified surveyor in practice in London and South Essex, with a special knowledge of town and country planning. He is secretary of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, and chairman of the Health Committee of the Essex County Council.
