    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 3 March 2016 to Question 28978, which Category 2 countries or territories to which her Department made (a) import extradition requests and (b) people were extradited to the UK from in each year since 2009-10.

    Category 2 territories” refers to countries designated as extradition partners under Part 2 of the Extradition Act 2003. The territories listed were Category 2 territories at the time the request was made or the person was extradited.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, for what reasons the Environment Agency’s Climate Ready Support Service has ended; and when the decision to end that service was made.

    The Environment Agency’s Climate Ready Support Service was originally envisaged as a three year programme that was extended to a fourth year in March 2015. This enabled completion of the majority of National Adaptation Programme actions to which the service was contributing. The remaining ongoing actions are continuing without the need for the designated service. Adaptation is integrated throughout the work of all Government departments who continue to deliver, alongside local Government and many other organisations, their commitments set out in the National Adaptation Programme.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what discussions he has had with local enterprise partnerships in Yorkshire about the creation of new enterprise zones.

    In 2015 we ran a competitive bidding round that provided an opportunity for Local Enterprise Partnerships to submit bids for a new round of Enterprise Zones.

    All Local Enterprise Partnerships within Yorkshire successfully submitted bids for new Zones or extensions to existing ones. We announced two new Enterprise Zones in November, in Leeds and York, and at Budget we announced an extension to the existing Sheffield Enterprise Zone that is subject to local approval.

    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many (a) detainees, (b) security guards and (c) independent witnesses were on board the deportation charter flight from Stansted Airport to West Africa on 24 May 2016.

    Home Office records indicate that, on the 24th May charter to Nigeria & Ghana, 47 detainees were returned with 118 escorts. On this particular flight there were no independent observers.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what steps his Department is taking to develop milk banks.

    The United Kingdom Association for Milk Banking promote and support the accountable provision of safe, rigorously screened donor breastmilk for sick and premature babies. However they do not routinely supply milk for mother who through illness cannot breastfeed their babies even though they would consider providing the supply of breastmilk on a case by case basis.

    The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends that all donor milk administered in the National Health Service should be from milk banks that can demonstrate adherence to the NICE guidelines on the operation of donor milk bank services.

    It is up to the local NHS in each area to consider whether to introduce a milk bank for mothers attending maternity units. There are at present 14 milk banks in NHS trusts in England.

    To ask Her Majesty’s Government what has been the outcome of the Clinical Commissioning Group review into recent allegations about the NHS 111 service in the East Midlands.

    NHS England advises that North Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) comprehensively and swiftly investigated the allegations about the NHS 111 service in the East Midlands. The core of the allegations has no substance.

    The report however made a number of recommendations for the service, and the CCG will update NHS England regularly as these are implemented.

    The UK Government as a whole is committed to implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals and the Government’s manifesto sets out the plan of action for which it will be held accountable by the British people. This includes commitments relevant to each of the Goals, and it will guide our efforts to achieve them.

    The Global Goals are the starting point for, and will be embedded across, DFID’s work. Other Government Departments will lead on their respective policy areas.

    The UK has been providing a range of technical, practical assistance to the Government of Bahrain since 2012, in support of its reform programme. This technical assistance supports the building of effective and accountable institutions, strengthening the rule of law, and police and justice reform. It has included work with the National Institution of Human Rights, the Ministry of Interior Ombudsman, and the Prisoners’ and Detainees’ Rights Commission.

    To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what assessment he has made of the effectiveness of Lancashire Enterprise Partnership in progressing Growth Deal projects.

    The Lancashire Enterprise Partnership Growth Deal with Government will invest over £250 million across Lancashire.

    Good progress has been made to date, with 15 out of the 39 projects in the programme underway, and a further 13 due to commence shortly.

    Projects under construction will, amongst other outcomes, support the construction of 850 housing units, create over 2,000 jobs and add over £28 million GVA per annum to the local economy.
