    The National Minimum Wage enforcement budgets for 2013/14, 2014/15 and 2015/16 in principal were set out in Parliamentary Question 174284 on 7 November 2013, Official Report 7 Nov 2013, Col 351W.

    The 2014/15 budget was reviewed at the start of the financial year and will be considered again at mid-year and may be subject to change.

    The data (the Office for Budget Responsibility’s forecast for debt in 2015-16 and HM Treasury projections for debt in 2035-36 under different policy assumptions with and without illustrative shocks) has been placed in the Library of the House. The forecast and projections have been provided both as a percentage of GDP and in £million in today’s terms.

    To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how long he expects discussions to be ongoing between Mapeley, Network Rail and HM Revenue and Customs on the sale of land on the western perimeter of the Priory Court site and the construction of new parking facilities for Dover Priory railway station.

    Previous replies have explained that further discussions in relation to the land at Priory Court in Dover are a matter for Mapeley who own the land. While HMRC occupy the property under the STEPS contract and will consider any reasonable proposals, resolution of commercial considerations are for Network Rail and Mapeley.

    Commercial arrangements in relation to the land at the Priory Court site are a matter for discussion between Network Rail and Mapeley. The Crown does not own the land.

    This government appreciates that times are tough and budgets are squeezed for families, which is why we have taken continued action to help ease the burden on hard working families.

    Measures have included raising the Personal Allowance to £10500; abolishing the previous government’s fuel duty escalator, and introducing a further 2 years of Council Tax freeze funding in 2014/15 and 2015/16 for local authorities which choose to freeze Council Tax.
