    To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 24 February 2014, Official Report, column 237W, on large goods vehicles: speed limits, what progress has been made on the Government’s further impact assessment of increasing the speed limit for hauliers from 40mph to 50mph.

    Ministers are giving careful consideration to any potential impacts of raising the speed limit for HGVs over 7.5t from 40mph to 50 mph on single carriageway roads and a further impact assessment has been undertaken as part of that process.

    I want to make sure careful consideration is given to the evidence of all of the effects of raising the speed limit; on the economy, environment and road safety before a decision is made. I will consider the responses received and evidence presented before publishing a Response Report and impact assessment on our website.

    NHS England has advised that it does not hold information on spend on tendering for clinical services. Staff payroll costs will form the majority of the cost of any tendering process and it is not possible to determine what proportion of each individual staff member’s time is spent on this work.

    To ask the Attorney General, pursuant to the Answer of 29 April 2014, Official Report, column 540W, on pornography: internet, how many prosecutions there have been under section 2 of the Obscene Publications Act 1959 since 2005 in which a person has been charged in connection with the distribution of R18 equivalent material on a website which allowed under-18s to see such material.

    The records held by the Crown Prosecution Service do not specify the type of material which is the subject of a charge under Section 2 of the Obscene Publications Act 1959 (publishing or having an obscene article for gain). To obtain details of individual cases would require a manual review, which could only be undertaken at disproportionate cost.

    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will introduce exit checks to apply to non-scheduled international travel by air, sea and rail services.

    Exit Checks were abolished by the Labour Government in 1998. The
    Coalition Agreement committed this Government to reinstate them. By April
    2015, comprehensive exit checks will apply on scheduled, commercial air, sea
    and rail routes.

    We are also working with operators in the General Aviation and General Maritime
    sectors to strengthen border security checks on those who leave the UK on
    non-scheduled services.

    Home Office Ministers and officials have meetings with a wide variety of
    international partners, as well as organisations and individuals in the public
    and private sectors, as part of the process of policy development and delivery.
    Details of Ministerial meetings with external organisations and individuals are
    passed to the Cabinet Office on a quarterly basis and are subsequently
    published on the Cabinet Office website which is available here:

    Kalayaan has sent a number of representations to the Home Office on the subject
    of overseas domestic workers.

    To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many people have been removed from the UK under the Dublin Convention in each year since 2010.

    Removals fell in 2011 and 2012 because we stopped transferring asylum
    applicants to Greece under the Dublin Regulation in 2010. This was because it
    was found conditions there amounted to a breach of Article 3 of ECHR. There
    then followed similar litigation around conditions in Italy, but we are still
    able to effect transfers there.

    NB: The figures quoted have been derived from management information and are
    therefore provisional and subject to change. This information has not been
    quality assured under National Statistics protocols.

    Data on the number of claims made by probation staff on the grounds of discrimination are not collated centrally either by National Offenders Management Service or HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS). This information could only be provided at a disproportionate cost by manually checking hard copy files or judgments.

    The post of Chief Defence Materiel has been merged with that of Chief Executive of Defence Equipment and Support and therefore no longer exists as a separate post. A competition will be held for the Chief Executive of Defence Equipment and Support in late 2014 in time for the current incumbent’s contract end date on 3 January 2015
