BIOGRAPHY :
Mr. J. Borrowman is 32 and a native of Blackridge, West Lothian. A railway worker, he was appointed full-time organizer for the Communist Party two years ago. In 1947 he led a deputation to the House of Commons to press for the establishment of new industries in the county. He unsuccessfully contested a local municipal election.
