BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. Campbell, a barrister, was born in 1918 and educated at Harrow and Hertford College, Oxford. In the war he rose from the ranks to major, and served with the Chindits in Burma. He is on the executive of St. George’s, Westminster, Conservative Association. He is a bachelor, and 6ft. 8in. tall.
