BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. McQuade, an architect and surveyor, aged 47, was educated at Middlesbrough, where he was born, and St. Mary’s College, Hammersmith. He is a fellow of the Faculty of Architects and before the war was a member of the panel set up by the Federation of Residents’ and Tenants’ Associations to advise on matters concerning speculative building.
