BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. W. Nunn was born in Highgate, Middlesex, in 1879, and was educated at King’s College, London, Entering the Civil Service he was in 1908 appointed advisor to the Siamese Government on Customs and Excise, retiring in 1925 and settling in Pontiland, Northumberland. He sat as M.P. for Whitehaven from 1931 to 1935, and for Newcastle West from 1940 to 1945.
