BIOGRAPHY :

Wg. Cdr. H. McD. Sinclair contested the division in 1945. Born in Quebec, he took an M.A. degree at Edinburgh University and gained other academic honours in Canada and the United States. An R.F.C. pil?t in the 1914-18 war, he was a wing commander in the Canadian Air Force in the late war. He was Canadian representative on the European Committee of Unrra, and is joint hon. treasurer of the Liberal International.
