BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. Elwyn Jones, Parliamentary private secretary to the Attorney-General in the last Parliament is a barrister. Born on October 24, 1909, he was at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and Gon-ville and Caius College, Cambridge. He is Recorder of Merthyr Tydfil. He was assistant British prosecutor at Nuremberg war trials and at the Hamburg trial of Marshal von Manstein. He has been M.P. for Plaistow since 1945.
