Mr. E. T. Malindine is engaged in the lubricating and tanning oil trade. At one time, when a member of Bethnal Green Borough Council, he was the youngest councillor in England. He was commissioned in the R.A.S.C. and served on the staff of ” Pluto,” during the war. He is 40.
