BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. H. Bithell was born in 1909, and is a native of Wrexham, north Wales. He is an accountant by profession and has been a member of Tamworth Borough Council since 1946. For 20 years he has been a Baptist lay preacher, and is a member of the Baptist Men’s Movement National Executive Council. A member of the Clerical and Administrative Workers’ Union, he has been a lecturer at the National Council of Labour Colleges.
