BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. R. Allen is the son of a New Zealand doctor, and was educated at Epsom College and St. John’s College, Cambridge, where he took an honours degree in history. He was resident assistant at the boys’ club in Bermond-sey, and on the staff of the Islington medical mission before the war, and is now engaged in adult teaching at Oak Hill College, Southgate. He served in The Suffolk Regiment and was commissioned.
