BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. P. Bremridge, aged 39, was in the Royal Navy for seven years until invalided out in 1935 after a flying accident with the Fleet Air Arm. Later he worked in the design offices of two aircraft firms, joined the R.A.F. Reserve in 1938, and became awing commander in 1944. Demobilized in 1945, he declined a permanent commission to enter politics.
