BIOGRAPHY :

Capt. J. B. O’Hara, aged 33, clothing factory manager, was educated at Bolton Grammar School, of which he is now chairman of the governors. He has served the local Labour Party in many capacities and has been a member of the town council for four years. He served in the R.A.S.C. in the war and was discharged with the honorary rank of captain.
