BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. J. Rodgers, aged 43, has travelled widely in Europe, America, and Russia on business and is chairman of the British Market Research Bureau, Ltd. During the war he worked in the Foreign Office and the Ministry of Production, and went on a special mission to Portugal for the Foreign Office. He was educated at St. Peter’s, York and also in France and at Oxford, where he was a scholar in modern history, and later joined the staff of University College, Hull.
