BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. W. A. J. Case, a smallholder, has been connected with the Labour and trade union movements for more than 30 years. Co-opted an alderman of the Wiltshire County Council, he is also a member of the Central Wages Board. Born in 1894, he was educated in a village elementary school.
