BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. S. Tiffany, born in 1908, went to Leeds Modern School and Technical College, and trained as an electrical engineer. He was a director of Leeds Co-operative Society and served in a similar capacity at Peterborough. He is interested in agricultural and food problems. He has been a member of a number of Parliamentary delegations to European countries.
