Mr. S. Myer, a barrister specializing in commercial law, was born in 1907, and was educated at the Grocers’ Company School, London School of Economics, and Trinity Hall, Cambridge. He rowed for his college, and?his crew won its oars in the Lent races of 1927. During the war he was a squadron leader in the R.A.F.
