BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. G. H. C. Vaughan, educated at Manchester University and Cambridge served with the forces during the war and was called to the Bar in 1946. An examiner for London University, he is a lecturer on legal subjects for the London County Council and the Kent Education Committee, and was resident lecturer at the National Adult School Union’s summer school in 1948. He is a member of the Friends’ Penal Reform Commission.
