BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. V. R. Rees was born in 1903 and is a son of a Baptist minister. A teacher, he was first chairman of the London Conservative Teachers’ Association. He is a member of the Council for Education in World Citizenship. During the war he organized emergency feeding services in Hampstead, St. Pancras, Holborn, Westminster, and Lambeth.
