Mr. P. Couldry, 32, is the West Yorkshire organizer and tutor for the National’Council of Labour Colleges. Educated at council schools and Catford Commercial Institute, he also studied with the National Council of Labour Colleges. He has been active in trade union, co-operative, and boys’ club movements.
