BIOGRAPHY :

Sqn. Ldr. G. W. Holderness, formerly a journalist, disposed of his newspaper interests in Devonshire after the war and took up fruit and stock farming in Norfolk. He served in the Palestine campaign in the 1914-18 war and in the later war was at the headquarters of the Mediterranean Allied Air Forces.
