Mr. H. A. Price, aged 39, is the son of a builder’s labourer and 1 started life as an office P°y and is partner I ln a firm of paper I merchants. He served I on Lewisham Borough ^ouncil from 1944 to : 1?49, and on the L.C.C. : since 1949, besides being | a school governor and manager. A trained oantone, he has done a great deal of concert work. He is also an anround athlete and likes gardening.
