BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. E. J. M. Jones, the first Labour candidate to stand for Leominster, is a highway employee of Monmouth County Council. He helped to develop the National Union of Agricultural Workers and is a member of the county A.E.C. For 10 years he has been secretary of Monmouth Federation of Trades and Labour Councils : he is a local preacher.
