Mr. H. Rogerson, a native of Lancaster and, at the age of 47, export manager of a firm of linoleum manufacturers, has travelled widely in Europe and America. When he won a seat on Lancaster City Council he was one of three Liberals in a council of 32. He is president of the Lancaster division Liberal Party.
