Mr. R. Fredericke, aged 26, is a free lance journalist and an art expert and picture dealer. He resigned from the Conservative Party after the 1949 Conference, and is a member of the executive of the Chelsea Liberal Association. He served with the R.A.F. during the war as an air crew cadet.
