BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. S. W. L. Ripley is chairman and managing director of printing firms in London. Born in 1909, he was educated at King’s School, Canterbury, and was a flight lieutenant, R.A.F.V.R., in the war. He represents Coombe on Surrey County Council, is a member of Maiden and Coombe Borough Council, and is on the governing body of Gipsy Hill Training College for Teachers. He is vice-chairman of Kingston Conservative Association.
