Mr. H. W. Lee is a Kent fruit farmer and scientist, 38 years old, who was educated at Bromley County School and studied political economy in London. He has done a good deal of public work in the Dartford district, and he is a tax commissioner. A broadcaster on agricultural subjects, he is also a radio script writer.
