BIOGRAPHY :

Mr. A. E. Millett has fought three electoral contests. He is a surveyor and builder, and for many years took an active part in the National Federation of Building Trade Employers. He has served on Kesteven County Council and Stamford Borough Council. Born in 1890, he was educated at St. Alban’s School, Holborn, and Northampton Polytechnic.
